Returns Policy

Returns:

Returns for incorrect products to what was invoiced; please notify via email as soon as possible and the product must be unopened and undamaged. We will organise for pick up of the package, please insure that the product is in original postage packaging it arrived in or appropriate packaging for safe postage back. You will recieve steps via email.

Damaged/defective products require notification within 24hours of receiving goods, outside this timeline may result in an invalid claim. Please provide photos of the damage/defect and give as much information about the issue as you can will help the process.

If the product qualifies for a return/claim, the product should be posted within 5 business days of confirmation of the process, This information will be provided via email communication.

Must have invoice number/order number from original transaction when requesting a refund/return, to use as reference. When a resolution has been agreed apon, an email will be sent containing the next steps.

If you change your mind or just wanting to return the product for a refund, we can do that but the postage isnt refundable and the product must be posted back to our address and at your cost, product must be in a sellable condition when it arrives.
